He has been moderately consistent on a very inconsistent staff, this is what there is to work with.

I agree. It's obvious Jay still trust him a lot more than some others, regardless of my opinion.

I agree, he’ll have a short leash if he pitches at all, but I don’t think today’s fits into his inconsistency which he absolutely had in the past. He allowed a single just past jones glove, and a walk, but even the walk wasn’t terribly wild. I think you can trust him for his first appearance.
