ETA: BUT, we will have to pay her a salary that far exceeds Fargas’ salary - more like Will Wade's.

Doubtful she would ever leave Baylor. I question whether $2 million is too much for a Women's Hoops coach. The market may very well be $1.5 million and up for a women's coach but is it worth it?

I'm thinking 2.5M would be a good place to start. She's the female version of Nick Saban and YES, it's worth it.
