These are the only two years, in the history of the NCAA woman's tournament, that she did not participate as a player, coach or assistant coach.
(She wasn't eligible in 1985 because she was on the USA's national team.)

I wish there was a separate forum for women’s sports

We are so fortunate to have her. I can't understand the consternation that some have toward her and the women's team. I am enjoying the hell out of it. Wish the men had this kind of success.

Amazing stat....Mulkey is definitely one of the greatest to ever coach or play the game!

I wish people who feel bothered by us who like women's basketball.... would just stay out of the threads about women's basketball.
