I'm of this mindset. 2019 happened in spite of, and not because of, O.
We had Aranda, who prevented O from tainting the defense, and E and Brady, who kept him from meddling in the offense. O could just sit back and do his "swamp king" tap dancing routine on the side lines like a buffoonish mascot.

It really is amazing in a bad way. How long has Coach O been a dline coach? And in that time he has worked with other good coaches, but nothing rubbed off on him?
It really took Kiffin explaining to O that he was only running base 4-3 defense with no variety? And the idiot admitted it to reporters. Unbelievable, how did he win a championship? Thank the Lord Aranda was here running the defense in 2019.
I'm shaking my head at reading this. I coach my sons Pop Warner and we have 5th graders running more defensive variety then LSU this season.
