I don't really fault Olson for the safeties being subpar. I mean Major, Sage, and Jardin have never really been good players in their careers. They are all terrible tacklers and take horrific angles, there is only so much a coach can do.

I honestly don't think quality coordinators want to work for him. So we overpay for whatever guys are willing to do so.

At some point there has to be continuity. I think BK needs to keep the coaches hes got, because he's the one who hired them. Develop the players you've recruited and hope this next class works out in time.
I honestly think he'll be gone before the 2025 class is able to make a difference. We'll see, I guess.

They fire or change coordinators ever year it seems. It doesn’t seem to help.

You replace one side and then you can replace the other side - after that you are replaced. It ain’t always some else’s fault.
