He is a guard. Arms are too short. He will struggle at 325 at that position with the weight he is going up against.

In what world is a 325-330 lb guard undersized?
I'll give you that Brumfield wasn't big enough at 300, but I think Kardell is going to be a mauler at 330. Still quick enough to be to able to pull, reach block, or get to the 2nd level.
Minimum arm length most NFL teams use for offensive tackles is 33-34". He has 33" arms which is fine for a guard.
Guess we shall see soon enough.
