Consider the source. Some of these kids come on here and get their jollies by pissing people off. It makes them think that they have won if you continue to reply angrily to their posts. Chicken could whack a half dozen posters and most of this kind of crap would go away. Don't get discouraged

Those are nice stats on Carter, but how do we know they're legit. It must be said...

Link or gtfo.

all that link says is he had 2 rushes for 6 yds. I wouldnt call that spectacular.
He had 3 catches for 39 yrds. Again that is not that great comparing them to the other receivers stats from that game.

You have to look at the other running backs stats to get a full appreciation of his chances to make the team. One thing for sure is, he will make a team with another terrible offensive line. 0 first downs by rushing. How is that even possible?

Shanahan wants those calves on the field as much as possible.

Dude,

It's not that hard. If you talk about someone having such a spectacular performance, you show the stats. GTFO is a pretty common thing to say on this website so don''t take it too seriously.

FTR- (that means "for the record") I was at the game last night and Keiland looked alright. So STFU (that means "shut the frick up")

Comprende? (that means "do you understand?" in "Espanol" [which is Spanish for Spanish])

In a bevy of about 5-6 RBs, he only got 2 rushes and 7 on one. But you also have to see 3 rec for 39, a tackle on defense, 3KR for 71 yards. If he is second or 3rd string RB I think they should experiment with him in the reg season on KR. He could do great, I mean look at Percy.

He had three kick returns for 74 yards; he also recorded tackle. Lastly, considering the fact that one of his rushes was for 7 and the other for -1, I'm gonna go ahead and make the assumption that one was a good run while the other was a blown assignment by the offensive line.

i did look, but how is he a diamond in the rough? He was highly recruited and played for a BCS champion and a school that consistantly has had 1st rd draft picks. You would hope a rookie rb can contribute on special teams if he isnt going to be your starter.

He's a diamond in the rough because he was an underutilized running back who started for probably 5-6 games in his career. He went on to have a season-ending ankle injury and signed as an undrafted free agent. Washington may have gotten a steal out of this signing.
