He’s such a passive aggressive bitch with the big shoutout to Les Miles and Cam Cameron he’s annoyed me just as much this entire offseason as Brandon Harris did when he followed a ton of coaches on twitter because he was mad, good riddance to a dude who isn’t talented at all but has made a spectacle out of himself every chance he’s gotten this offseason because he had one mediocre spring game

Wow! Kid thanked the two coaches that offered a scholarship, as opposed to the the interim turned "permanent" guys. What is he supposed to thank them for? Taking this personal are we?

JM#12 was never going to start at LSU. Wish him good luck.

Or is it possible that O isn't good at handling personnel, per many many events in his career?

What if he did outright pick Burrow from the start and lied to the press and fans? What if he told McMillan he had a chance when he never really did? What if he was harder on one QB and not the others? What if Brennan is getting protected?

The lack of O and E in this looks like something else happened, and it maybe isn't so clean. And with O's history, you can't automatically assume that 1) He did the correct thing or 2) These players just now found out that they'll never play and everything had been honestly communicated before that point.

I'm also not saying O is definitely in the wrong, but automatically assuming that he has no fault is pretty short-sighted. But that's par for the course. O can do no wrong.

Moronic naive fans who believe whatever is reported. Never once contemplate the possibility that there a "back story" very different from what's being reported.

Any chance the race card comes in to play on the 2 QB's leaving?

It did this morning on OTB from one caller. He said LSU doesn't like to play black qbs.

We've had more black starting QBs than white ones over the past 10-15 years

Went out of his way to thank 2 coaches that aren’t here, but no one from the current staff

Example of another fan, who show less class than the student-athlete. You go message board pro!

Come on. It’s not really negativity.

The kid went out of his way to thank the previous coaching staff and did not even mention the current one.

That is not even a subtle jab at O. It is obvious

It not a jab. Kid thanks the coaches who recruited him, and did throw up false empty statement about this staff. I prefer that be honest and sincere. I was.

Exactly!! Burrow was absolutely given the starting job when he visited LSU the first time. Coach O's greatest asset/detriment is that he is an amazing "Used Car Salesman". And we will eventually get what we deserve by hiring him....

I find it interesting that McMillan thanks Les and Cam, but not O and E....

That was very noticeable. Makes you wonder.

He thanked the coaches offered him is only Power 5 scholarship. Why throw out empty thank yous to guys that have nothing to do with being at LSU?

I’m sorry that you’re 50 years old and still waste all of your time posting on a college sports message board, I’m young enough to talk about someone who’s roughly my age like that. I have absolutely no obligation to give Justin McMillan a “classy sendoff” for Internet brownie points. Go rack up another 50k posts on tigerdroppings you pencil pushing insecure arse loser

10-15? You can go all the way back to Herb Tyler and that trend holds.

anyone who wants 2 years out of Brennan cares

now he basically cannot redshirt, so there goes his 2 years starting. we have burrow 2018-2019 and Brennan 2020 (and not 2021)

He can still redshirt as long as he doesn't play in more than 4 games. How many did he play in last year as a backup?
