Just talked to him.... Shannon says they (WVU) have been practicing since Tuesday on getting the ball out of genos hands in one second. Expect 40+ ultra fast passes.

I expect a ton of quick screen, slants, high percentage stuff. I'm confident our secondary is up to the test.

their only chance on offense is to take our dline out of the game. The way to do that is quick passes, slants, bubble screens etc. I wouldn't be surprised to see our corners at the los all night. As long as our dbs tackle well in the open field(which they do as good as anyone) we will be fine. Also wouldn't be surprised to see Chavis rush 3 and let corners take chances on the short passing game with help behind them.

I've thought this all along that's why I don't agree with all the talk of lsu's d-line creating all this pressure on smith...he's not gonna have the ball long enough..the key will be lsu's ability to lock on receivers quickly and tackle well in space....I think there will be a lot of long pain-staking drives tonight cause its gonna be hard to get off the field against them with the type of ball control passing they will do but the difference in the game will be one mistake ol gino makes and throws out to the flat and its run back for a pick 6. ....

I hope you are kidding. We play press coverage, so they will have to get off the dbs to catch the ball. I see a lot of picks if they try that shite.

Yeah because they didn't show anything against a better team (Oregon).

Shannon Dawsons
this douche?

quote:

"I didn't grow up an LSU fan," he said. "Honest to God, from when I was a little kid to now, I could care less about LSU."

Understand that is unusual in Louisiana, where there is Tulane and Louisiana-Lafayette and Louisiana-Monroe, but there is really only LSU.

"Everyone is an LSU fan and everyone in the state is the same," he said.

"I loved Notre Dame," he said. "I didn't care about LSU. I just didn't care. I was the only guy wearing the Notre Dame shirt when everyone else was wearing purple and gold."

that kind of offense is not hard to defend when you have the athletic defense like we do
