Metal building contractor from Iowa La. High quantity, low quality. Old man with young wife. You know the type. Not hating on him for that. Lol! Big money contributer. Thus, the reason on the board.

THIS - These morons on the board, along with Alleva, should have just kept their mouth shut, and advised Wade to do the same. Let Wade coach, because by not allowing that, you are suggesting wrong doing, even if that was not the intent. During any questioning by the FBI, answer 'I don't recall'. You make them MOFO's (FBI, NCAA) prove something. Any lawyer will tell you DO NOT talk to anyone about your case, that includes your boss. LSU should follow UNC's lead. Do not cooperate with the NCAA, because past history has shown, they'll burn you - screw em all.

x's a billion.

wth is the top people at LSU doing? this isn't the time for this nonsense.

Yup. What they have done because of a few media personalities is disgusting. They didn't even stand by their guy.

I loathe Alleva

I'm pretty sure the FBI and federal investigation is higher in the pecking order than Joe Alleva. Not to mention the fact that Wade is not the defendant but is a witness. But go ahead Wade, incriminate yourself to keep Joe Alleva happy.

Even more reason it's sad the AD didn't have his back here. Alleva caves so hard to any tiny pressure from outside people.

They should respect what Wade is going through and let him be to deal with that and finish this season strong.

Seriously WTH is wrong with this administration?

They just drew so much more negative attention by these unnecessary actions.

so many idiots for being on an University site...

when you retain an attorney, even if innocent, you do what the atty says...and they will say KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT, we speak for you.

....guilty or not.

The attorneys on the other side have ONE JOB....TO TRICK YOU so they can win....I do not trust the FBI specially when there is news media involvement.

I’m getting a little tired of these dipshits screaming “if he was innocent, he would have shown up”

You dumb mother frickers have no idea how shite works in the real World. You’ve never been a witness, attorney, or any other party in any type of legal proceeding. And you’ve definitely never sat across the table from anyone from the DOJ or FBI

Now, stop screaming and go back to fricking your mothers.

This is the same Chester that bought a ship of grain that got ruined by sea water, knowingly bought it. Then proceeded to claim the shipment as nonsalvage against his insurance. Same guy right?

Also the same guy that cursed me to my face bc I told him that his bid for my building project was out of line and that I’d be using another contractor. He told me that his competition wasn’t licensed, and that he would have my project shut down. I thanked him for his time and walked out. The remainder of my project was filled with everyone and the state fire marshall demanding licensing information for every contractor or sub beneath my license.

Our new offices and warehouse are doing just fine Chester, thanks for sending ur boys to check on us. I appreciate the opportunity to spend my quarter of a mil how I see fit and not cave to ur childish rant over losing a bid.

Good on CWW for not talking to u or ur room full of cronies. The self righteousness of proven crooks is absurd. Sad that we allow individuals like this to any sort of position of power. He who has no sin, cast the first stone BOD. #sadtiger

that makes him seem as guilty as sin

also makes him smart. If he knows he fricked up, he doesn't need to hand his employer reason to fire him for cause on a silver platter

He’s worried about criminal charges.

no, he's worried about recouping the entirety of his contract. He gets fired for cause, he gets nothing and there likely won't be many people looking to hire him.

i don’t disagree- my point is- that means he is totally done as LSU’s head coach. No way to spin that positively regarding LSU’s Basketball program. Sure all of what you said may be smart in so far as covering and protecting his own butt. It just dooms his tenure and this program all to hell.

as bad as it is to finally have a good coach again and maybe lose him over this BS he has to protect his MONEY and FUTURE. he will concede defeat with LSU if needed to save those things. he cannot give LSU just cause to fire him.

So what???? I’ve been in his shoes. And I’ve talked to my superiors at a point in a federal investigation when I felt like there was no fricking way I could ever get put in a vulnerable spot. But then, when things got a little more hairy 6 months or a year down the road, if I would have talked to my bosses, it would have looked bad. It also could have harmed them. And I didn’t want either to occur. And if I did go back and speak with one of them, no one knew about it.

So, frick off dipshit.

Guess what, moron?? Neither was I. But if you’ve ever been a witness in a federal case, there comes a point in time where you SURE AS HELL feel like you’re under investigation. So much so that you might consider getting an attorney. Even if you didn’t do a GD thing wrong.

Well this is a bit different. Alleva is an administrator more than he is a boss. It’s not like he has some sort of expertise or experience in coaching. His job is to do what’s best for LSU athletics. Nobody gives a frick if his feelings are hurt because a coach that makes more money than him and is more important to the athletic department than him hurt his little feelings. And he has failed moserably ar every step of the way in doing what’s best for LSU athletics. The man is vain, incompetent and downright stupid. Every decision he makes is made with his personal vanity in mind. Ever since Duke. When something wrong happens he asks himself one question... “What will this make ME look like?” The man does not care one bit for LSU or anyone other than himself.
