Why so many fans get all butt hurt, because an analyst doesn’t pick their team or has critical things to say about their team is so ridiculous.
They aren’t fan boys like you. They are always going to say something that somebody doesn’t like. I’d also love to see all the people bitching about these analysts give their predictions, and reasons why on tape for everyone else to criticize after the fact.

When they are dropping 8, and you still try to force balls in, its scheme period.
You are asking a QB, who already doesn't make all that great of decisions, to fit the ball in incredibly tight windows
