The ACC was a heck of a lot closer to the SEC than anyone was to them. It was SEC 1 ACC 2 then the next best (probably Big 12) a distant 3rd.

Clemson, Virginia, and Miami along with Wake are right on par with just about any team in the SEC.

Again not saying LSU won't win but it's not like when Wake takes the field Monday night they're going to just be up against a team the likes they've never seen like some people are acting.

I think it was our path to getting to the finals. Too bad weather cost Stanford.

Wait! So in the winners bracket of the CWS, we’re going to play a good team with a good pitcher?? Well that’s disappointing.

Says one of the idiots who believes Wake Forest didn't play against any competition this year.

Stanford has a team era of 5.72.

Certainly we would have much rather our lineup face that embarrassing pitching staff.

I think we would have scored 15 runs.

Oh well.

I've been calling out the bullpen all year long, and rightfully so.

Get your facts straight.

You said LSU wouldn’t make it out of their regional you fricking waterhead.

ETA: And stop upvoting all of your own posts. It’s embarrassing.

And if Stanford had won, we would be facing their ace who is arguably the best left handed pitcher in the country. So you really don’t know what you’re talking about do you??

It’s not as good as Skenes (7 HR in 114.2 IP), but it’s a lot better than Floyd (15 in 78) or Hurd (8 in 51.1).

Doesn’t scare me at all. He has played the mighty Cornell and Dukes of the NCAA all season.

Miami put it on him a few weeks ago. 4 runs 7 hits 4.1 innings in a loss.

They had to comeback in the 9th to win the first game 5-4 against Bama with their Friday starter.

They are not perfect

NEED 6-7 strong IP from him.

I don’t think so. If we get 3 or 4 from him, as long as he doesn’t give up a big crooked number, then come with Hurd and Ack, I think it can get us there.
