I always thought Stud did a good job when he was just the OLine coach down on the field and what not. Plus he got involved in some of the recruiting this year and did a good job with that. We can afford it pay the man, a reputation for paying assistants well only bodes well for us in future hires.

Stud deserves that kind of money, who else will make the special rub sauce?

Cam Cameron will receive a Super Bowl ring too

What he did with the oline with all the injuries and young guys playing post UF game till Clemson is nothing short of a miracle. Our top 10 draft pick LT goes down starting RG RT gone and they were playing better against Bama then they did before the attrition.

Maybe Crowton lasted a year more than he should have, but that's it. Nothing "drug out too long."
MalVeto "drug out too long" because it was a terrible decision by Miles "not to hurt their feelings." Wanted to "reward" them for their service. We had just won the BCS, an established DC could have easily been enticed
Crowton went on too long
Krags should have been dealt with as he supposedly is now, once he needed to step down. This would have prevented the Studs debacle
So its just a matter of semantics. Its basically saying that Miles possibly doesnt have the "killer instinct" needed in dealing with staff changes, or putting away opponents for that matter, IMO

You are a dumb arse. Malveto was given the job because we were preparing for a BCS CG and by the time that was over there was NO ONE available. The hot name on here was Jon Tenuta who was fired after his next job as Charlie Weiss' linebackers coach. Malveto was thought to be a one year bridge with the same Pelini playbook because there were no good options. Dont speak unto things you dont know.
Crowton-1 year and te rumor was the board wouldnt approve the buy out before that one year.
Krags-do you seriously want to throw out a dude who in the past 3 years had a wife diagnosed with MS and him with parkinsons? Also do you really think that it would be easy to get future staff when you are overhauling an offensive staff after an undefeated regular season?

your opinion sucks
Really?
Thats why Malveto was gone after one year?
Thats why Studs looks like hes on his way out?
Thats why the LSU offense under Lee was tons better than ever under JJ?
Sometimes it not very hard to see the pothole in the road. I like trying to avoid them. Others prefer to drive right over them, and repair the damage later

Krags was also basically the reason we landed Rettig and Jennings

krags will get an admin job, and with the new rules he will still be able to recruit

This. I bet he gets a desk type recruiting job.

So LSU needs to fire his happy azz?
Based on your years of coaching experience from your Barcolounger and with all of your extensive contacs in the Madden world, who should replace him?

If he is so good why he was fired?
