Martin has significant upside. His shooting along with his size makes him a valuable. Pretty smooth on the court.

Ok, Mr. GM, you draft him and pay big money. Let me know how that turns out.

Why do i have to pay him big money? Getting paid ,even 6 figures, is more than he is making now.

Out of all the players in college basketball, you think Mickey is a top 30 player?

so unless a lsu player is a top 30 player, he hasnt played well at lsu?
I think you need to go back and read what you wrote in the second part of your post earlier.

agree. Martin will be a better NBA player. Mickey misses passion. Martin wants the ball. You dont see that from mickey. And Mickey needs at least another year to work on his offensive game.

Exactly. Saying good riddance to a 1st team all sec player and the nations leading blocker, 5th in the sec in scoring,3rd in the sec in scoring % and 1st in the sec in rebounds is crazy.

To be fair, no one on the team seems to care too much except Hornsby. Maybe include Martin.

I think we should drop basketball altogether - primarily so Bridgewater will go play football.

Because he can block the ball really good.well*

Sec rankings
5th in scoring
3rd in fg %
1st in rebounds
1st in blocks

So yeah ,he did more than block well.

Mickey had TWO years to prove himself. I think, for the incredible opportunity he had before him, he did not get the job done. Not even close.

So Mickey making the coaches ALL SEC first team and leading the nation in blocks means he didn't prove himself? Dude, put the pipe down and quit. Damn.

Unless Martin is a legit 6'10, no one on our team is.

He disappears when he goes against a physical player. Have fun in Europe never getting paid on time because that ain't gonna cut it in the NBA.

The NBA doesn't take 6'8 PF/C very often. Unless Mickey can transform his game like Draymond Green did, he'll never step foot on an nba court. Martin however with his size and ability to handle the ball has a chance. However his bball IQ needs to drastically improve.

He is 6'7 playing the 5. Getting paid anything is more than he gets now for unappreciative fans to call out a 1st team all sec player.

He is also undersized and rail thin for a PF. Needs another year to bulk up. Only comps I can think of are Brandan Wright/John Henson, but he is several inches shorter than both.

Another year in the weight room and working on his game he could be an effective defensive situational player in the pros

Im curious to see if Martin is 6'10.
Its rare for a person in college to grow 2 inches in a summer.

IMO they all need to come back but making any money, playing a game, is hard to pass up. I dont see any way Mickey could move to the first round.

Unless you're Giannis Antekepokano or however you spell the Greek Freak ha but you're right that would be an outlier
