Poor JJ
We still love you bro

He never showed the right character as a self-proclaimed leader. Les Miles put him in every position of leadership and not once did he prove that he belonged there with his performance on the football field.

I guess you fricktards can celebrate now.
FWIW I hope your kids will also fail at their jobs at age 21 if their football skills are not up to my standards.
It wasn't about his football(QB)skills,as poor as they were, it was about his attitude.

How would JJ have faired under Steve Spurrier?
JJ woulda never played for Spurrier. Spurrier knows talent.

Sucks for him. He may not have been very good but he always gave his all while he was here.

And if by chance JJ did play for Spurrier, he might have actually grown up, because sure as shite, Spurrier would have pulled his arse from the champ game, no later than mid-2nd quarter.
Spurrier has a very short fuse. in and out, and back in, and back out and back in. JJ's head would have exploded!

Sad part is they offered him a contract; all he had to do was sign it. They put it on the Bucs' logo at midfield with a pen ready to go. He never made it...

Favor is over.
Did they even get to put on football pants yet? I mean he has to be the first player cut.....

maybe. maybe not.
like most people, I worked a job for 40 years.
let's see how he does outside the lines.
making a football team for 8 years is no more an accomplishment than learning 4 programming languages in 8 years.
once I learned them, I was able to use them, and to teach other people to use them.
is he going to teach/coach football?

1) JJ is NOT a kid! You are a kid at 16 - not after a college degree and 4 years of college football. People need to stop giving him a break, "cause he is just a kid".
2) The large part of ranters that like to see JJ fail in the NFL, is not because of his lack of skills. It is because of his sense of entitlement and cocky shitty attitude and horrid leadership. If you bring that type of attitude, you better live up to it which he never did. People always hate that type of person. Look at all the hate Lebron James gets for his attitude when he doesn't have a ring yet and he is without question a great player.
3) I have not seen many talk about him failing at life. A lot want to see his delusional sense of grandeur squashed by the NFL, but after that I think most are fine to see him go life a normal life and move on from football.
4) NCG - he thinks he played well.
When this happened, I honestly thought that maybe he wasn't just a cocky guy, but might really have some type of serious psychological problem.

In relation to Jarrett Lee, I think he has a decent chance to make the team since San Diego recently waived their prized backup on Billy Volek. Only other QB they have on their roster is Charlie Whitehurst
