maybe he shouldnt play but he isnt an embarrassment to the school. neither was lee a few years ago. hes not a trouble maker. no reason he should get an ear full from people who didn't even make the all district team in high school.

Are you sure you meant to say Michigan has a QB with much less talent than Shep--Denard Robinson has been outstanding, is a game breaker and is a strong Heisman Trophy contender.

yeah maybe it came out wrong, Denard looks great, Michigan has done a great job with him, but i still dont think hes the player Shep is. if Shep was in that system, there wouldn't be any records left.

we won't see any of that here though. nope. we gotta stick with jefferson. we're gonna let him frick up again and again and again, and then, for no apparent reason and with more failure an absolute certainty, we're gonna put him back in again.

I like Jefferson, but the JJ supporters have to give it up. He played his way out of the spot this year. That's life man.

LSU produces good receivers and D lineman. If you watch the NFL you should know that.

no i just hear from everyteam's fans that they have a great receiving corps.

"oh we have such talented receivers we just cant get them the ball"

"oh when 82 gets in space he's gone"

"oh i tell you what big guy, you can't cover 88 one on one"

I made all district but honestly no he isn't an embarrassment to LSU anyone who says that is being retarded. He doesn't look like the best teammate as of recent though.

Which is where almost all of the flack on here is coming from. If the super moralistic JJ defenders would just get off their fricking high horses we would never have so many people so steaming mad. The entire 2009 season those people were terrible.

Now people are finally getting the opportunity to say "2 + 2 = 4 and not 5," and it's kind of liberating. We've been living under this constant moralizing about how JJ doesn't deserve any of the blame (but Hebert & a few others do) forever now.

fricking retards...

We haven't been able to get them the ball so no one knows how good they can be but TT has the size and speed to be a high draft pick but seriously LSU has produced some good WR talent recently. They may have not been stars in the NFL but there were a good amount.

Sure

He seems like a good kid. We just don't get why he's still playing. It's not his fault that he's playing. We just don't understand it. He's been absolutely horrid this year.

Maybe something else is on his mind that we don't know about but he isn't getting it done.

Give what up , That i don't have to come on here and bash him on every post? I would like for Lee to start and play the hole game if he can! But that doesn't make me want to bash JJ.

Who ever Les puts in the game i will support !!!

JJ had about 90% love from LSU fans before the season but his attitude has changed more perceptions of him than his productivity did. I think everyone thought he was the great hope for LSU and he simply is not. Lee never had that. Pretty much the reason I have always stuck with him.

man, you're being way over the top against the young man. it's not that bad. he's doing the best he can. according to you, he can't even hand off. he's one of our qb's whether you like it or not. i prefer Lee but statements like this really make me a JJ fan and hope he pulls thru this just to shove it up your arse.

im not even sure about that part anymore. reading his press this week - saying he thinks he played well, saying he cant get into a rhythm with the 2 qb system, saying he expects to start - make me wonder if he's arrogant or just dumb.

and then there was his "superman" bullshite against Tenn. when you've put your team in horrible positions time and time again, try showing a little humility on the rare occasion you do something right.

if anything those statements should make you a lee supporter, Lee had to deal with much worst criticism and he has overcome it. I've met JJ a few times he seemed like a good duy kinda quiet but he is not a good qb and i will not support something that makes our team worst than an alternative

What truely amazes me about the JJ supporters is the used the excuse that the o-line could not block worth a dam to give JJ time to throw the ball, insert Lee with the same line and he throws for 180 yards in less than half game and our ply count goes up. It must suck for those guys to try to ratinalize there critical thinking process.

Didn't seem to bother Lee at all

He couldn't get into a rhythm with the 1 QB system either.

Sounds like it's obviously both

W/o Lee we lose that game last week, he deserves a shot
