The Only reason he's Safe this year is all about the state budget cuts... And we the loyal season ticket holders are the victims of terrible fiscal money management & Bad Hires ...

Yeap, but that's the perception to the rubes in this state. We have a gigantic university and no PR department to get the message out that the money comes from private sources and the athletic department gives millions of dollars to the academic side. The administration from F king on down is putrid.

I've never been more disgusted with the university, I haven't given one red cent in the past year over what's required for football tickets and likely won't until I see some serious changes made. In the past I would donate to the academic and athletic side, but I can't in good conscience do that with the current bozos in charge. It's disgusting, it's hurts me to do it, but hopefully enough people stop funding this crap and then someone will step in and fix the issues.
Maybe they won't miss my donation, but if enough people who give stop, their arse will be in an even bigger bind than they are now.

Don't know if that has ever been a serious question. I think the vast majority knew this all along. Couple the budget scare with what just happened with Les and both Fargas and Johnny got lucky and got another year out of the timing of that.

LSU is a big fat mess at the top. It has one of the worst presidents, athletic director and pr departments in the country.

Everything flows from the board of supervisors. If you do some research into the kind of good ole baws running the show, everything will start to make more sense. Damn shame the way this state is run. Banana republic all the way.

Not sure they would have to pay someone more. I'm sure there are coaches at schools, that make the tourney don't make as much as Jones. Having said that, I doubt he get's fired.

Not sure anyone doesn't want to see Jones fired outside of Jones himself. I think that some of the same people who were screaming "budget crisis" last November will be silent on this one.
