Herman was in talks to the final week but backed off when Texas flashed their credit card.. Sauces from the search committee.

Jimbo was very much an option the year before, but FKA pulled the plug and succumbed to the pressure and stuck with Miles at the last minut

I just went and listened to the interview, and Vilma sounds like the biggest homer, and doesn’t even try to hide it. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen an analyst that played at Miami ever be unbiased, and none of them even attempt to hide it. Yet, if an analyst from any other school is the slightest bit biased towards his team, he gets bashed.

Yup. And Alleva and Sexton has talks behind the scenes after Miles was fired, but Alleva ran off like a bitch and shut down talks when Sexton/Jimbo countered wanting a 10 year contract.

I would like to see the HC a little more engaged during the games. Clapping and yelling “Let’s go, baby” with the mike on the headset never in position to speak is not the greatest look.
