Jon Gruden was floated around as the dream coach for so many programs including some of us. Looking at his track record with x and o's and the way his players are acting on and off the field, I'm very glad that we stayed away from him.

You mean he never gave us the time of day?

He is making plenty money. Dealing with professionals is much different than college kids.

I think he would have recruited with success in college.

you know how i know you do not know shite about X's and O's punk? he is an excellent X's and O's coach.

you are the same ignorant ilk like the ones who never followed saban pre-LSU or kept up with his defensive rankings in miami or cleveland. oh nut he can only recruit. gruden rebuilt raiders first time. then beat his own team he built with bucs. dungy could not do shite with bucs but gruden did.
educate yourself moron. gruden has a winning record in the NFL where most coaches are NOT FOR LONG. you think that is easy?

Jon Gruden is a Gert damn national treasure. He is a man’s man , an alpha male, who we want to be and who we want to be around. He would kill it at LSU. If you don’t like Jon Gruden you might be a Communist. And I will fight your commie arse at Sonic.

I think Gruden‘s success in Tampa Bay was mainly a product of good karma rather than good coaching. His stars were aligned in TB.
