You're living in a fantasy world. I've done well professionally. There's a difference between pointing out problems and total disrespect and abuse directed at your boss. If you had any real world experience you would know this.

This can be true. But when the employee knows more about a specific part of the business than the boss does, the boss really shouldn’t question him.

Read what the head coach said after the Troy game. He admitted to altering Canada's offense. What more do I have to say?

If O is being upfront he said he asked Canada to simplify some of the shifts and motions, not change the game plan or play calling.

Remember this was after the Miss St beatdown where the offense was totally disjointed. We were also racking up large numbers of penalties early on.

Do you think the request was unreasonable?

Where do you work where the boss knows everything about every department of the company? Poppa's Hardware Store?

It’s not hidden.

O admitted to meddling

The Players said we were running stuff from 2016 and not what we were doing in spring.

The team looked fricking terrible.

It’s just seductive reasoning to think maybe O wasn’t 100% honest in his post game presser.

Like when he said he didn’t know who our starting RB would be.

I've got people working for me that have 10x the experience at what they do. But I can guarantee you I know when they frick up and we will fix it.

I dnt have to be an expert, I do have to know when to step in

I don't get why they're fighting this.

Additionally, the head coach admitted that he has a history of micromanaging. Why do people think it's unreasonable to suggest that he reverted to type?

“He only asked him to simplify the offense.
That’s a fact because he told us”

Ok cool.

I dont Believe the guy who just lost to a sunbelt team, and later had a fist fight with his OC and got called into the principals office.

I don’t remember Lane ever saying anything about Saban meddling in his offense. It’s obvious Lane thinks Saban is an arse but I don’t think he said he handcuffed his offense.

That may be true, but I bet you and the employee fix it together and not just you fixing it.

That's highly dependent on the employee.

Do you need a world star fricking fight video?

Do you now believe that it happened?

Removing the pre-shift motions essentially changed how he had to call the plays, wouldn't you agree?

I agree

I think It’s completely stupid for a boss with no expertise in an area to try force solutions to problems they perceive in a specialist’s job.

I also think of you offer solutions and they blow up in your face you should be told to frick off after when you go to the media and tell them it’s stil the spcialist’s area.
