We do that at the start of every season. Most teams do.

The MSU game was shocking. It was a worse loss than Troy, seeing it was an arse kicking and they're in our division

I haven't seen an LSU team get an arse kicking like that from a mediocre rteam in decades

All Canada has is his reputation.

If your Manager was seriously hindering your ability to do your job would you sit quietly because he’s your manager?

What do he can be Os OC for 15 years? Or until O fires him as a scapegoat?

It was a bad day. That doesn't mean you fricking change the offense. That's results-oriented coaching.

I work for a government agency, that's pretty much my life.

Had Ensminger been OC that day you would have been at the top of the list screaming for changes

Because trust is earned. E hasn’t earned a lot of trust. At least Canada was good the year before.

But really do you not remember people call for canada’s Head after the Miss St game?

Right.

Canada was in game number three, I don't think he earned trust

I don't think I've ever asked Ensminger to change his offense.

We didn't know that the head coach had his hands all over the offense until later.

When did it start? When did it end? How much involvement?

So if we hired Venable as our DC he’d have to ear your trust at LSU?

Obviously that’s an extreme case. I’m not saying Canada is on that Level, but he is on a different level than Ensminger

None have to earn my trust.

I'm not narcissistic and delusional enough to think I know everything that's happening on the field or sidelines. I don't create fables to get upset.

By Os admission before the Troy Game at the latest.

Has it? Didn’t he say he loved how when he told E to fix things he just said Yes Sir?

At a minimum taking out the shifts.

At most completely trying to usurp Canada 4 games into the season.

Likelihood? Something in between.

Lol, you’re an ostrich.

You’re going to tell me for the next 10 years to just wait and see on O.

Orgeron did a fine job against Alabama that year.

Well anyone watching the games could clearly see the players were often confused and committing motion or shift penalties.

Aren't those typical growing pains when a new offense is being installed

No they aren't. Ensminger doesn't get a pass so Canada doesn't deserve one either.
