I would say the biggest concern coaches probably have with Brennan is that lack of the alpha mentality that Joe has. You can’t teach that.

I'm sorry, I just don't have faith in Myles Brennan. Hopefully I'm dead wrong.

Vince Young could not read a newspaper but could ball he was a gamer. LSU has Qb that is a gamer but happens to read defenses well.
It's not about reading defenses as a Qb it's about being able to get a whole team to believe in you and show up in big moments.

No one knows if Brennan will even start next year. If a transfer does in fact come then it would be pretty obvious the staff doesn’t think Brennan is the answer. Now he may start and be fine but it’s not a guarantee right now.

i watch gatewood highlights and even those do not impress me.
