Also ignoring those factors(poverty, lack of access to education, racial profiling) would be completely irresponsible, and illogical when forming your opinion. So again unless you think the melanin in a persons skin causes them to be more then 5 times as likely to commit a crime, then the numbers you provided are proof of systematic racism.

No, I stated the statistics, and said if you don’t take into account the factors I listed above, then your logical conclusion is that African Americans are just more likely to commit a crime then white Americans. All actual information you have provided would prove the opposite point you’re trying to make.

Unless your argument is that police officers are responsible for these perceived oppressions that narrative doesn’t belong within the discussion as to which race is annually shot more. That’s the topic not short sided subjective perceptions lacking any context at all.

How did I twist your words? There are 5.8 times as many white people in this country as African Americans. That’s a fact. You listed the data of individuals killed by police white vs. black no year were the number of whites even double the number of blacks. That’s a fact. So the only logical conclusions that I can derive from those numbers are that black people commit crime at a significantly higher rate for no reason at all, the pigmentation of a persons skin makes them more or less likely to commit a crime, or systematic racism is reason and Black people in America are dying at a higher rate then whites.
