When I think of the potential of what this team can be it makes me confident to believe that we're gonna beat Miami in convincing fashion. LSU has never had a QB since JR who could dominate the game like our defense can but this year we could possibly have both.

The defense wasn’t as stout as we usually are.

Always thought that if the defensive juniors that left from 2012 team had stayed for their senior year in 2013, that could have been special. 2013 offense was awesome!!

I think our front 7 on D will be really good. I think Joe B. will be a more accurate version of Etling. Think Joe has better wheels than Danny, just hope he doesn't turn the ball over. Danny didn't turn it over and that's very underrated.

You need to listen to aranda.

The dline has a lot to learn.
They didn't have enough guys he could trust to win one on one last year and it's unknown if they can deal with the various blocking schemes they will run into. See troy.

Aranda is my favorite coach.

So Burrow is going to skip Matt and Flynn and go straight to JR status?

That might be an unreasonable expectation.

May be true, but we dealt with a lot of injuries early on last year... I think Lawrence and Alexander have big years.
Watch out for Jacob Phillips at LB...from right here at East Nashville HS.

Sounds like the title of a children's book.

I would trade a few turnovers for fewer three and outs. Agree otherwise.

Lawrence was never at 100% all season. He's first team all sec if healthy. Fehoko has been highly talked about from his teammates. Alexander is another year older. If we can get shelvin in at a good weight, we'll have what I believe to be our best D line since the Logan, brockers era.

So you’re saying a qb who would have been 3rd string at OSU is a dominant qb at LSU? The outlook on this season is promising

If he didn’t get hurt last year I think he would have beat out Haskins. He will be our best qb since JR.

Many Ohio St. fans thought Burrow was the the Qb on the team. That is why most were upset when he transferred. Burrow getting injured set him back. And the fact that Meyer wants a true dual qb.

This guy has so much hype for someone who has had 0 meaningful snaps and 0 snaps in an LSU uniform. if he falters hes gonna be crucified.
