Im guessing this is the plan.

I like the hire, apparently he has a very good reputation

Spent two seasons at Penn State and two seasons with the Saints as an offensive assistant. Prior to that he was a defensive assistant at William and Mary, his alma mater.

Ho-hum hire on paper, but it doesn't surprise me to see a certain segment of posters acting as if it's a home run hire, when we should be bringing in a home run hire at OC.

I think of his name every time I hear "passing game coordinator."

Already in to bash something I see. It’s a good hire, but I understand there always has to be a negative nelly.

Probably just coincidence but burrow attended the saints/rams game on the sideline. Maybe he got some early tutelage into what went into some of the game planning from Brady.

I'm not bashing the hire. I'm calling it what it is while a certain segment of posters treat it as if we just hired Bill Walsh.

What does this mean for Mickey Joseph, the current WR coach? He staying? Leaving? Moving to another position?

The dude was at penn state and with Sean Payton the last two years. You’re acting like he’s a WR coach from Nicholls State

He gets to continue recruiting New Orleans and shadowing the real WR coach in practice.

Nah you're just a drama queen. You see everything in extremes.

This is the direction everyone wanted us to go

homerun hire.

This phrase is thrown around so loosely on this board. I saw a lot of this when we hired James Cregg last year.

I've never heard of the guy but I hope he improves and bring some innovative stuff to our offense.
