Thank god. Thanksgiving game SUCKS!! LSU should play that following Saturday and get rid of playing on that Friday.

The game at 1:30 on Friday is at the correct time. I'm not sure why people continually feel the need to try to fix something that isn't broken.

Thanksgiving is a foolish idea. Thanksgiving day is for pro football not for college. I don't see why they would bother to compete. They are not going to get the national market.

I totally agree. That Friday game in BR sucks. The traffic is horrible and many people have to work that day!

does the SEC really want to try to compete with the NFL? trying to compete on a day of 3 nationally televised NFL games would be incredibly dumb, imo

I know that a school can schedule a Thur nite game & the visiting team has no say so, but I am not sure that the league can make a home team play on a set day. ESPN can not make a home team play on a Thur nite, so why would it have the power for a holiday date?
