According to nfldraftscout.com, Jordan Jefferson is only 1 tenth of a second faster than Jarrett Lee. JJ - 4.64 ; JL - 4.74.

Lee in not a mobile QB. His 40 yard time is moot. Even if it were faster than JJ's.

Even assuming this is true, which I am skeptical of. .1 is actually a lot more of a difference than you think. 1/10 of a second is a solid two steps in the 40 yard dash. You ever watch the 100 in Track? The guy that runs a 9.9 looks like he got creamed by the guy who runs a 9.8. It aint even what you'd consider a close race if you watched it.

Both of those times are probably taken from some BS high school 40 time listed by one of the recruiting sites.
