It's unreal how much we have won without great QB's. Ryan PLou probably could have been the best but we all know the story about that train-wreck. If Rohan would have ran the ball more it could maybe have been him but he threw so well and had such a receiving core he never ran. LSU is always so talented at every position they just need a QB who WON't lose the game.

"He" didn't beat Bama. This is the underlying issue that chaps my butt about this guy at QB. It's all about him. I'd like to have a dollar for every time he utters "I" or "Me". And it disappoints me that there are members of the Tiger Nation that tolerate this mind set.

It's not always his fault, it's his fans that run with this stuff, like the "putting the team on his back" thing at Bama. I don't blame him for being generous with the hyperbole, but his fans kind of go to extremes. People shouldn't blame either QB for their idiot fans. The reason those who like JJ ...like JJ....is because of his public confidence ..if you want to call it that.

Amazing stat time. UGA ran 84 plays to LSU's 48 and lost by 32 points. I have never seen anything like that before. Mauck and Flynn were not great qb's. Just better than what we have now. However This years running game is MUCH better than either 2003 or 2007.

This team is so superior to others in every facet of the game, except for QB, that it really has found a way to work around the QB's. The UGA game was a great example.

A repeat perfomance like the 1st half against UGA will not bode well if they do the same thing against Bama.IMO.

Depends. Last game one TD in regulation would have beaten Bama. I agree though, that a repeat score is unlikely and the offense will have to find some kind of groove, at least temporarily in the NCG. UGA missed some opportunities early, I don't think Bama will do that on the 9th.

he has a 60.25% completion percentage for 13.65 ypc. Are you blind or just stupid?

Are you shitting me, he had 30 yards passing in the last game. Really, if I only throw twice a game and completes two of them, ht completes it 100% of the time. Lets be honest, JJ is never a good person throwing the ball and there is ample evidence to support that conclusion. He is not dual threat unless you consider the speed option or the run up the middle.

He doesn't know the meaning of precision. He throws the ball kinda sorta where he thinks the receiver might be, and projects the responsibility for completing the pass on to the receiver. I would venture to say that in most cases, our receivers bail him out by finding their way to a less-than-perfectly thrown ball. North Carolina last year is a good example, as well as the Hail Mary's to Toliver in the Cotton.

I know football.
I'm not stupid.
JJ for the most part has struggled throwing the football his entire career.
Most folks with eyes agree.

He can't throw worth a shite, and every defense knows that fact.

So JJ sucked in 09 when throwing the ball was the only offense we had. I've lurked on her for 5 years before signing up. Your knowledge of football is debatable and you've never given JJ any credit. Period

There's a chart on this board that show JJ has a better qb than a LSU all sec qb. I'm not saying JJ. Is great or above avg, but a career 60% compl. isn't shite and a high yard per compl isnt completely shite either.

Then you must think Flynn sucked because JJ had a higher qb rating in 09 than Flynn in 07. And he only had 8 more sacks so don't give me the sacks Arguement

Ok. Coming from you it's a compliment. Fact. JJ in 09 was a better qb than flynn in 07. Is JJ a great qb? Hell no. Not even above avg. but he isn't complete shite. He has had complete shite games. Bu has avg career numbers.
