I have no clue. Do you?
But I guess that since I do not have total recall and complete statistical information on all battery cases in the US. . .that you would assume that my experience is invalid.

Are you assuming bar fights should all be considered minor incidents?
quote:Sounds like you were wronged as well.
I spent 30 days in jail for one in which I was protecting the bar, hired security. I can assure you that they make your life f'king miserable and don't worry about resources.

m just curious what the crowd will do when he comes in for 3 plays then punt. 3 plays then punt. If miles does anything to disrupt this team, he is the ones that needs to be booed. JJ wouldnt see the field while any game is still in doubt. If he does and causes us to lose,,,,,, well you all know what would happen then. Our whole team deserves cheering From the subs who act as the other team during the week to the stars. For if it weenrt for all of them we wouldn't be here. I will have my binoculars to see JJ's expression as he backs up JL and if he shows any of that cry baby arse attitude he has displayed over the last couple of yrs, then he shouldnt see the field and Miles better not play him.

You plea down and accept lesser charges. It's what I did. Whenever you face the possibility of felony charges they make your life a living hell. I doubt JJ was singled out by the authorities for this special treatment, it just received much much more PR.
If your neighbor goes to the cops and tells them you attacked them, and they have serious bodily injury....you are fricked whether you are guilty or not. No matter what the outcome.

He didn't plea down. The GJ just said there was no evidence to justify for a felony.

What will you do if he comes in and leads them to a TD? Will it change your opinion of him, or Miles?

Understand his situation. I assume if he had been indicted on felony charges, he would have pled down.

I don't see your point. Are you saying the police should have known what the GJ would decide? The job of the police department isn't to make these kid of decisions. The job of the BRPD was to collect evidence. Charges still exist against JJ.

quote:Actually ill feel good for the boy. Look i could care less if he comes in for mop up duty and either scores or goes 3 and out. But if Les puts him in during a time when the game is on the line, well he and Les had better hope that he plays well. And no even then i want be booing him. But i will not be goin out of my way to cheer a guy who has put himself in this posistion. And he is 21 yrs old, he isnt an 18 yr old freshmen. frick some of you sound like you think a 21 yr is still sucking his mothers tit. frick he isnt a kid he is a damn amn. And ive been waiting for 3 yrs to see him act like one! I hope this yr is the yr.

If JJ comes in and fails, it isn't his fault for being put in that position. JJ is what he is. If JJ comes in and fails blame the coaching staff. I don't know how JJ will be used, but Les Miles will be the one putting his team an his reputation on the line.

I will not stand and cheer for JJ if/when he enters a game.

you mean you aren't gonna stand and applaud our QB who is guilty of kicking a guy in the head while down causing JJ to not be with the team for the toughest beginning stretch of games in LSU history?
you're not a fan!
you're not a fan!

quote:I agree with you 100%, But we all know that will not be the case if that happens. Which i hope it doesnt. But if it does, JJ will be booed like no other QB in LSU history. And again, i want boo him, but been there enough to know, and if he is put in a situation that cost the Tigers a game, well Les will really hear it. Like it or not its coming. Not from me either.

Agreed, with previous posts...let's not forget civil charges that are still outstanding which if nothing else is mental distraction for JJ and the team-

Sadly, should LSU lose a game this year people will be pointing fingers now. Should have had ________ in the game. You know damn well all of our internet ruffians can't wait to hit the keyboard when one QB screws up, no matter which one it is.
It's all about "their guy." Despite the play the past 4 games we still have people posting the guy last year played better. If JJ plays, people will say Lee played better early this year. Its a no win.
