Does anyone else realize how good this guy is? All this talk about Fournette. I dont know anything about Fournette he may be the next AP for all I know. But this Hill guy is very special, he's the best we've seen here since Kevin Faulk. Faulk was way more versatile and could do many things, including kick returns, a true college superstar for sure. Hill is a great downhill runner, but unlike the rest of them, he has a burst between the tackles and the speed to get around the corner When do u ever see this, other than Bo Jackson or Walker? Add to this his vision and feel for the blocking and u see just how tremendous, he is and can be.
Im not saying he's nearly as good as Jackson or even Walker, but he is a similar player.
The table has been laid out for Fournette to come here next year. If he doesnt shame on him, Period. There's really nothing else to talk about regarding him.
Lets give the guy we have now some love, the NFL surely will.

nobody was talking alfred blue until last august.
in 2011 he was behind MF, SW and KH.. all of a sudden he's in some peoples minds the best back we have.
JH to me looks the best since CCollins.
I know thats saying alot.. but hes the only player on last yrs team that actually "wowed" people.. not just LSU fans.

I'm not saying the Hill isn't talented at all. He's a beast. But so is Blue and he is a better runner, IMO.

Im a fan of Blue's as well. I was saying he was better than Ford and Ware two years ago and i was pleased to see CLM make him the starter at the beginning of this yr. He is a slasher with speed and can be a 3 down RB in the NFL which is rare these days. Blue and Hill will be a tremendous tandem here, maybe the best in the country. But his skill set is just not as rare as Hill's.

That's just a load of bullshite. Hill is not leaps an bounds better than blue or vise versa. I do think , in my opinion that blue is the better back of the 2, but it's close.
