One of the pundits supposedly close to the program was on Mascona's show last week giving a run down of players. Says Magee had a terrible spring and has pretty much fallen out of grace with the coaching staff. Have no idea if there's any truth to it.

Suspend him for TCU, UAb, and kent st then he can come back for the auburn game and get some gametime action so he will be ready for georgia game.

No. That's a recipe for fumble-itis. He needs some game time reps before being thrown into the Georgia game. Suspend him for TCU, let him get his legs from UAB and Kent State. Then he terrorizes the Bulldogs.

LSU is not the Dept of Corrections. Any punishment will be for missed practices and events. I am sure some thought will go into his tarnishment of the brand too.
IMHO, he can play all of them. The courts have him a tighter leash than LSU can put on him. Basicly, he can eat, shite, go to class, and play football... in that order.

A 9pm curfew for a 20 year old college student is a nightmare. I wouldn't blame Miles for additional punishment, but that alone would be awful.
