Probably, they have for the most part been the cheapest organization in the NFL. They were actually the last team to have a official team website. I think it was 2003 before they had one.

well they'll spend more time at the practice facility, so it should be pretty nice.

The Hornets had the worst facilities in sports before benson bought them
