Shadys, Mathieu is a pothead and Jeremy Hill got in a bar fight. Please tell me you have more examples of "this keeps happening over and over again"
Until the idiots that pull for LSU, or claim to, can keep things in perspective I will continue to say they're all morons.

I don't know. But, it's a definite possibility.
I doubt he gets kicked off the team but it IS two strikes........
Miles keeps him out of the 1st three games[maybe].......

Probably a first game suspension and that's it.
People are blowing this waaaay out of proportion.

You just named 3 out of the 2 biggest college football offseason stories in the last 3 years.
Obviously the hill thing won't be as big as the others
:fingerscrossed:

I hope you are right. More than likely the charges will be dropped. But, Miles may get pressure from above to cut bait with Hill, because of the terms Hill was let in under.

Tell that to the 15 football guys who made the Student-Athletes SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
Students get an an amazing amount of help academically. For every one who makes the all SEC academic honor roll, you have 2 who wouldn't have gotten into the school if it weren't for football. College football is basically semi pro. People have too high expectations for most of these guys.

I'd be shocked if Hill is still a Tiger by Wednesday. If it is proven he indeed violated terms of his probation and was the aggressor in Friday night's incident, he's 100% out the door permanently.

I agree with this.......... But with his history people will do this..... Like I have said I have sat with the dude and talked for a couple hours before he came to campus and he said HE was gonna BE THE MAN and so far [on the field] that has come true......

So please tell me who to blame for a kid being a pothead? The coach? The administration? At what point to you deflect blame towards the kid?
Bar fights, they happen. I will give you this, the Jefferson one was above reasonable justification. This kid had a $500 bond. In sorry but the majority of this board has ZERO reasonable perspective and want to turn ant hills into mountains.

You realize the rest of the country doesnt give a shite about our athletes getting arrested, right?
To say they are the biggest offseason stories in the last 3 years is a bug stretch. They are the biggest because we think they are and we are the closest to the program.
Penn state ring a bell?

It's a bar fight. One or two game suspension is all that's needed. He screwed up and probably violated his probation, so this will probably be his last mulligan with the football program.

Yep, that was my point. I'm shocked most of these guys make it through without some publicized incident.

IF is a big word. however IF he is found to be the aggressor then JAIL time is a real possibility..........

He won't be going to jail PJ... Go drink a bud heavy and leave the specilation to the experts
Posted on 4/28/13 at 12:39 pm to dukke v
So, 30 pages after I left last night and everyone is still repeating the same things over and over and over. Oh, well.
