Nix already beat Daniels stats today on 1 drive. 4-4 56 yards and a TD.

Nix is pretty good. Not as good as JD and he won't sniff ROY, but pretty good. Nice drive.

He played well for a rookie and is the best thing that franchise has seen since RG3, but he is still learning the NFL game and cannot consistently threaten the middle of the field with intermediate routes. People are projecting him being an elite QB, and he might be, but he still needs to grow.
I think he’ll get there, but he hasn’t shown all aspects of elite QBing yet. If he doesn’t develop the intermediate passing game and relies on his legs too much, he will become RG3, who was beloved in DC after his first year at the exact same level JD is.
RG3 was 10-6 his rookie year. They never got better and he got hurt and now he’s an ESPN burnout.

Daniels was the second pick in the draft, not Mr. Irrelevant. Not sure how the Heisman winner winning ROY is a feel good story in your mind

My man, you really should think about why all of JD's praise bothers you. He's obviously a great player, but he's also clean--no baggage, no bad behavior, just happy to be playing the game and giving it all for his team. He's also never said anything that could be considered woke or race-baiting that I know of.
And yet the fact that he's as revered as he is really seems to strike a nerve with you.
