That's a pretty well thrown ball Captain.

sec teams will keep squatting on short routes daring him to go intermediate/deep while using a spy.

Go route, go ball, get the arm on tape. I like it, Chad Powers likes it, come on Jayden let's get it done. Think fast, throw fast.

the film does not lie,

100% correct. It does not. I have watched every play of every game, multiple times in skycast and charted our mistakes. It is not all JD, by a long stretch.

He made some poor reads and bad throws.

His receivers also dropped lots of passes, and they did for Nuss as well.

His line had multiple pass protection breakdowns before there was any chance for a throw to be made, much less a receiver to get open.

There were many, many pass plays with no one open.

JD should shoulder blame, but our offense is not struggling just because of JD. Denbrock and the receivers should get a healthy heaping of that as well.

Gain of six, he would have taken off and ran for the first down.

Captain, I like your optimism, but in this instance, I do not share it. JD5 has had 3+ years to develop and he has not. I for one am sick of an offenseless LSU football team.

How hard is it to support our starting qb?

What, exactly, does this mean? How would this "support" look? Is it a blind "Rah, Rah..." no matter how inept he plays as a QB? Is that what you mean? Does he not have to earn our support?

Completely spurious statement. If he were playing even average, especially if he showed signs of learning how to play, things would be different.

Capt, what have you seen so far that makes you think Jayden "can surely do this?"

Cause I'd be shocked if he even threw that ball.
