Exactly. He will never be playing in college again. He very well could just be enjoying himself and want to finish out his time. Finishing his education at this point in his life could be important to him. I don't know. I don't personally know the guy. Different people do have different values.

I do think that it's unlikely that he comes back though.

Its impossible to overestimate the importance of having a Jarvis Landry return with such a young and inexperienced QB taking the helms in 2014.

Always funny watching a bunch of tards on an internet message board act like they know what an 18-21 year old kid is going to do and act like they know what is best for them.

I wouldn't be happy if he came back. He'd be risking injury for barely any gain. I want to see him making the big bucks.

I keep seeing this in regards to Landry and Beckham, but I just don't see it. I mean don't get me wrong, these guys are damn good, but it's not like it would be unprecedented for a good WR to stay for a senior year. If they go they are almost certain to be the lowest and second lowest drafted LSU early declarents ever at the WR position.

I know Jarvis pretty well. I would tend to say he enters the draft simply because he is a smart young man who doesn't want to miss out on an opportunity to have a large chuck of change to take care of his family.

Although, he absolutely loves this university and if he's not guaranteed a first round choice I think he stays and finishes degree. He is most definitely one of those matt flyn, leave-a-legacy type guys that will go around and be an ambassador.

If anyone ever has a chance to talk to him, not just about football, take it. Guy is a class act and super humble. My prayer for him is to stay that way!

Long-term, JL could make a career as an LSU football icon in BR/Louisiana. He has off-the-charts charisma. Everybody just likes the guy. Much more so than the average all-conference LSU athlete. Staying for a senior year probably would not help his draft status. But if he wants a post NFL career in broadcasting, business lunching...it certainly wouldn't hurt.

Very good chance he comes back actually. At least 50% he's said so him self multiple times he and his mom want that degree!! Very well could be back. All this 3 and done stuff needs to go, lots of guys with that attitude last year are sitting at home wishing they came back for another year! He's not one of those guys but the way he plays he very well could up his stock? Ego and Johnson should both come back too. There's more of a return sediment this year then last year fact!
