I would love know Les' logic here but unfortunately he will never say anything meaningful and that's probably b/c his decision isn't based on what's best for the team

Good god you people are stupid.

Recruits will only notice it if people like you continue to dwell on it. Recruits see a sec champion. Our negatiger portion of our fanbase continues to cry a river for lee.

It's this sort of absolute nonsense that makes it tough for me to stay out of these dumb quarterback threads. You can't really believe he's consciously risking the season and his career in this way can you?

It's pretty obvious to most people that Lee has done something wrong and is having problems.
Les will do the right thing.

I think this will have an affect on recruiting, not a major impact but there will be recruits who will look at how JL was handled.

Oh, dear God...

If you think that a recruit gives two-shits that the back-up wasn't given some snaps late in the game is going to outweigh Les standing by JJ and JJ, not publicly declaring why the synthetic three were suspended, not publicly declaring why (Baker, was it) suspended when he was busted with his girlfriend in his room, etc., etc., then I think you're incredibly wrong.

It is sad because Lee will not play again in this champion ship season. I feel sorry for him & wish he would have left LSU years ago! The kid tried & maybe not have been good enough for Les, but u guys think JJ is the new Tebow? I think this is sick! :rimshot:

Stupid. The biggest stage in college football, Les is going with his guy and his guy is JJ.

Y'all should get Lee's phone number and go on a few dates with him. This is college football. You do not baby players. There are plenty of players that come to LSU and never see playing time. Y'all are an embarrassment as a fan base. We are undefeated and SEC champs. Go cry somewhere else

Well since Miles watched them MUCH more than any of us and gets paid to judge talent, I trust his judgment. He obviously can evaluate talent pretty well by looking at this team

Marvcus- Best comment! I believe most of the LSU nation supports Lee. However, who ever the QB is on the field is the one supported. IMO- even when the offense was struggling to deal with a hyped UGA team playing over their head running on 90% emotion, if Les inserts Lee, I believe UGA would have panicked & may have a repeat of his bama performance. As someone said; Lee will get a ring for his efforts. We tend to forget that Lee didn't beat out JJ for the starting role in the coaches opinion. Lee did what he was supposed to do. I've heard people say that Lee bailed JJ's rear out last year. If the starter is struggling is that not what the backup is supposed to do? Remember- some say boise state can play one game with the big boys, but could not do it game in & out. IMO Lee is very similar. Hey we are 13-0. This has been that special season many felt it was going to be.

Come on admins.

Don't these Lee threads ad nauseum fall under the rule to not "start a thread about every thought that pops in your head"?

Can't we have one big thread to place all the bitchers on?

We go 13-0, win the SEC Championship and these idiots are still cluttering up the boards with repetitive shite about Lee "not getting treated fairly."

Jesus Christ, this is getting old.

Jarrett as the honorary starter in the Championship

Send the offense out on the field with 10 guys and No QB for the first play. It would only cost 5 yards and it would be the classy thing to do
