How much has Bear matured over the last two seasons? It’s been fun to watch. I’m super impressed with the young man. He’s not just a power hitter anymore. He can drive it to any part of the park. I think he’s going to a fantastic pro career.

A whole lot.
It's been real fun watching him grow into a Big Ole Bear who can hit sliders into the gaps, stretch for big plays at 1b, and steal bases.

His defense has gotten better also. Hotter temps and the correct wind and he will be hitting nukes

I should have contacted a source close to his family before posting that.
I just asked and confirmed that Jones did not work with nor pay a pro hitting coach in the off-season.
He went back home and worked out at East Cobb High with some of his old coaches.
