Fans have every reason to be pissed off about the opt out shite.
It's just getting started and will get worse but we got our first taste this season so I understand the anger.

PFF has Chase going at #6 overall and 9 spots ahead of Smith. IMO, Chase’s combination of above average speed and elite strength for the position would rate him above Smith. We’ll find out in a few months.
Kiper has Smith 4 and Chase 5 on his big board. McShay has Chase as his #2 prospect.
Walter Camp Football’s mock draft has Chase going #4 and Smith going #18.
