What about the Ms St QB in the portal? Thought he was the answer? Now we may waste talent and let him sit on the bench as QB 3 or 4?

He's a good athlete but if he has to play QB, we in big trouble

I thought that we should have had a Wildcat formation for him to run sporadically last year.

Personally I hate this for the kid if he didn’t request it. He’s sacrificing his own development and chance to play another position to be a “practice body”

explain how this would benefit LSU, it would just show LSU has not recruited well or worked the transfer portal well. how in the hell would this be awesome please explain your thinking and how this would benefit LSU

What? I mean why would you not hope Jajuan Johnson is better than MVB? I mean I hope they’re both great, but why would I not root for the LA guy who’s already on the team over the miss st transfer.

I’m a supreme believer in Louisiana athlete. It would be be amazing if he turns to be a Dylan Gabriel type QB.

Idk how all these expert scouts seem to “know” he can’t throw the ball. I’ve watched his film and seen him launch it down field. And I’m pretty sure he can develop a tad at lsu from 2A LA ball

He's moved to qb for spring because they need 3 qbs to give reps to the first second and third teams..at this time we don't have hurley and only have one qb that's run our offense before

What if Les had played Russell Shepherd at QB?

Idk what to
Think, I think he is a damn stud and at times looked like the most powerful and explosive RB I think he can be a Swiss Army knife type player and play all positions on offense rb, slot, flanker/smallish TE work the edges and strong enough to break tackles

He must be ok with the move are he would be gone. Never know if his arm becomes as good as his wiggle when he’s running he could become dangerous.

Depth for spring camp with Hurley recovering

That’s a bad decision on his part if so. Good for the team, but bad for him individually. I give him credit for doing what’s best for the team.

One was brought in as a QB, the other was converted to fill a spring need. If our transfer QB can't beat out a convert then LSU has a serious talent evaluation problem and bigger issues than QB
