He’s a damn good AD and well respected across the country
I know the Jimbo hiring will dog him but it was the Right hire at the time for Tamu. I don’t know what is going wrong over there but the guy can coach.
I’ll even go so far to say that if he came to LSU, he would have success.

I just can't believe how long Alleva was able to keep his job.
Whomever is in charge of the Sports Administration curriculum at LSU (is there one?), this board deserves a paper on the best and worst decisions of LSU's sports administration for the last 50-years.
Paper is due next Friday. Bonus if you can also answer the following question:
"How have politics played a role in destroying value at LSU?"
Good luck

Sounds like the actions of a well satisfied man who, to this point in time, had his hire vindicated.

I can see Woodward going to his office relaxing drinking some scotch

Are you really stupid enough to think that the NCAA WAS NOT "warned" behind closed doors by UNC to back the fLuck off or else????? They were as motherfLucking guilty as can be FOR THIRTY YEARS worth of cheating and GOT NOTHING!!!
Kansas and Bill Self are AS GUILTY (or more so) than Wade and LSU were. He's currently been given a 75 year contract extension, and is serving a 45 minute suspension, and Kansas's middle finger is FULLY EXTENDED and pointed DIRECTLY at the NCAA.
Woodward COULD HAVE gone to bat for Wade successfully. For one of 2 reasons he didn't. Are you sure you know how the world works, especially behind the scenes, sweetheart????
For the record, I'm an LSU LOVER. I'm ONE BILLION PERCENT behind McMahon, until he proves he can't win here, and hopefully that won't happen.
As big as the money is now, if only the top football powers would break away, they would make MORE MONEY, with FEWER mouths to feed. LSU is projected to get close to $100+ million per year with the next contract. That could easily double if only 32 schools divide a HIGHER AMOUNT. This is probably closer to happening than we realize, and is most likely being held up only by political pressure, and the fact that each conference has different expiration dates on their current tv contracts, grant of rights deals, etc..
I would have fought for Wade, because Bilas, Prick Vitale, Forde, Woken, THE MOTHERFLUCKING NCAA, and all the other hypocrites know damned well how the "sausage is made" in regard to college basketball recruiting, and we bend over and take it up the arse. THAT IS bullshite.
