True, but wouldn’t it be nice if black athletes and entertainers were not associated with black murder culture in ANY way, whether reality or cultural posers? Imagine an American culture where even black athletes embraced virtuous behavior in an enthusiastic and unapologetic way . Why is personal and cultural elevation not the goal? Why isn’t there an expectation that black athletes and entertainers behave as constructively as we expect ourselves and our neighbors to ? Why do we just nonchalantly accept it and ridicule people who point out how catastrophic it is to society?What about the soft bigotry of just glossing over murder culture as if it’s just expected? Rather than arguing about which is worse how about we just state our judgment with moral clarity as we would with anyone else?
