Seeing as how LSU is still not completely out of the woods on the whole basketball investigation thing, this would not be a good idea.

We still have yet to even see who the rest of the initial round of notices of violations are going out to that was rumored to be happening this month. All that has been named so far is NC State.

no it's not. we would get nothing but bad publicity out of that kind of lawsuit, not to mention the money it would cost. both would probably welcome the suit as it gives them cred. it's best to ignore them.

What do you think the chances are ESPN assigns him to a game here this season? Would love for him to have to face the music, and get the Alleva treatment.
