but historically, the Nittany Lions have matched up well with this type of 'SEC speed.'

Penn State has an all time record of 16-16 against SEC teams. And History means ZERO in college football. I don't give a shite if JoePa beat Alabama in the 1842 sugar bowl. Has no relevance. The only point of comparison is the SEC vs Big 10 in the last 2-3 years. You can't go back to far in CFB. shite changes too much from year to year

Much like us, Penn State hasn't beaten ANYBODY. They lost to the only 2 good teams that they played. Iowa pretty much dominated them, as I recall.

However, they do have a mobile QB, which we have trouble with. I'm having flashbacks to Jake Locker right now.

There are many on board who would rather see LSU lose 56-0 to Penn State and have Miles possibly forced out than see LSU have its 6th 10 win season of this decade. Or technically, its first of the next decade.

I agree with your sentiments, however ,technically speaking as for as NC2A records go, this is the final season of the decade. Let's hope they do achieve the 6th double-digit win total of the decade.

They finished 3rd in the toughest conference playing defenses tougher than PSU faces in the Big Ten. LSU competed against Bama and Florida. PSU got arse raped by Iowa and tOSU

What has PSU done this year that makes you think they can beat LSU?

LSU and Penn State have each played 3 teams in Top 25 in Total Defense/Scoring Defense

LSU has played 4 teams in Top 50
Penn State has played 6 teams in Top 50

LSU has played 4 teams ranked between 75-120 in Total Defense

Penn State has played 3 teams ranked between 75-120 in Total Defense

Plus that statement about Penn State having more playmakers just made me throw up!
Well, if you weren't familiar with LSU and just made judgements based on this year's play and statistics, I don't think that it's a stretch to think that Penn State has more playmakers on offense than LSU.

wow, i wonder if psu fans will find td?
i guess they will think all lsu is against its own players and coach.
i don't think we can hide the skeletons in the closet.
the negative tigers have already chosen psu just by the fact that they are anti-miles and anti-lsu.

LSU has played the #1 and #2 ranked defense (at the time) and put up a better fight than PSU did against OSU and Iowa. In fact we almost beat Bama but lost our RB, QB, MLB, and #1CB in the fourth quarter.

Rankings aside you should truly look at the teams PSU player this year. You will only find 2 good teams.

did you feel the same way last year?

I guess the tough defenses we played are the reason we are ranked 107th or so in total offense?

you have to get your head out of statboys arse. Do you really think there are 106 offenses out there that are better than ours? Would you really take those offenses over ours?

Man it's sad how stupid the rant is.
