re: It’s obvious why Woodward hasn’t give Wade a raise yet.

Wait…you’re not even willing to admit he’s a very good recruiter?

I quit reading after first answer. You must be young. I've watched many, many LSU NCAA trny wins, and deep runs. Maybe you young guys are just happy to get there. Kind of hard for us older guys to agree with that after so many deep runs in the past. One or two and done doesn't excite me. It's frustrating given the talent and supposed coaching superiority...according to you guys

I am...I think whatever he is doing he is bringing in the talent. Coaching it needs to continue to improve.

Went back a read your complete post. Lmao. So our best tourney appearance was with a fill in coach. Hmmm. As I said. Year 5, still 1 trny win. He needs to get at least 2 this year. College Basketball isn't what it used to be. Now, you rebuild in 1 year. See Auburn. Taking over dumpster fire doesn't hold water

How have we fared the last 5 years?
Top four finish in our conference every year. The only team in the conference to accomplished that feat. Not even the great Kentucky

Have we had good talent last 5 years?
We've had some really good players but overall the team's talent level has been lacking in many areas. So I'd say slightly above average

What would you say is the issue in March?
Well last year they got screwed by the committee with an 8 seed seed and had to play a 1.
I think I know what point you're trying to make but actually you're proving everyone else's point. Freaking morons just expect a team to catapult themselves into the final four after being a doormat for years.
Go back under your rock and let the basketball fans talk about basketball

What rating service is that?
Rivals does not concur

What was the recruiting ranking of this class?
Hint: it’s not as good as the current AP ranking.
This team lost nearly all of its offensive production from the prior year, and then lost the guy who was expected to fill a big part of that production this year to an ACL just before the season.
The fact that this team is where they are at makes this one of the best X and O’s coach in the county.
