It’s not the NCAA its the FBI!

Why is everyone so focused on the NCAA this might well turn into and NCAA issue but the issue right now is with the FBI. Ask any attorney worth his salt and he will tell you don’t mess with the FBI they know the answer to every question before they ask. They already have all the I;s dotted and T’s crossed.

It is the FBI's investigation that created the problem, but Will Wade's issues are not criminal and he is not suspended because of criminal issues. He's been suspended because of potential NCAA issues. Technically, he's probably a "victim" in the FBI investigation.

Fair point but the problems are because of the investigation the same investigation that has ruined Chuck Persons, This is not just about WW but is spans colleges all over the country and will result in many potential criminal charges for bribery being filed.
