Typical old person rant: "back in my day, the tigers weren't always expected to win 9 games a year". I'm 23 and have been watching LSU football my entire life. The loss Saturday wasn't bad because because we lost a game, it was bad because if we and auburn win out, auburn wins the west and we get no shot at a BCSNCG appearance. It was bad because we still can't manage the clock. It was bad because tolliiver is dropping balls again. I guess as you age you start settling for less, but don't expect the the rest of us to. I'll have plenty of time to criticize the "young kids" when I'm your age.

I have never seen a good team play bad each and every game.
I am likely as old, or older than you and it is not the Ws and Ls that have bothered me. At face value, it is a great season so far.
It is the lack of discipline leading to dumb mistakes, penalties, confusion, etc.
You will perform on game day WHAT YOU PRACTICE and in THE WAY YOU PRACTICE IT. You will learn thru repetition -good or bad habits.
We just do not have the "playing" discipline. This comes from coaching. We have the talent, which has saved our arse, but they are not getting the development help they should be.

There is no hope for people like this. Our Coach is a national joke, our team is falling into a black hole of mediocrity, and this guy still wants to say the world is not ending.
Beating inferior SEC teams and non conference opponents will get you 7 or 8 wins every year. Is that what you want? Our proud tradition was not built on mediocre performances or incompetent coaches. Wake up and smell the chicory.
