Since Jan, sports has been absent or degraded.
Somewhat surprisingly, I miss Pro sports very, very little. I miss is almost none.
Well, I will always enjoy those women beach volleyball Pro events.
So...we have a different scenario for the CFB/LSU season, but it's looking like we may have a season.
It's good to be excited about sports.
If not for CFB...my habit of watching it intentionally, or at least as background noise at home, had become near zero.
Funny how the breaking of a habit by things outside of your control... can break you out of a habit.
I'm excited for the 2020 Tigers.
Think we surprise many...again.
Geaux Tigers...it's pretty much JUST you now for me in the world of College/Pro sports.

You don’t need to do a new paragraph for every sentence.

Is this like when a closeted gay guy tries really hard to cover that he is not gay?

Try broadening your horizons a bit. You might find there are lots of sports available. Just now you have NBA, MLB, NHL, Tennis, Golf, Racing, Soccer... its almost like the exact opposite of how you portray it.

I didn't say I was unaware. I said I lost the habit of Pro Sports. I don't really miss it. If you do,fine. I do, however miss LSU football/sports...and the point of my post is that it's such a big part of me that I miss it a lot, and I am excited for the 2020 season.
Everything else has been predominantly "un-habituated" from my life.

If it’s a new thought, you do need a new paragraph.
Oh, and watch those comma splices!

I hear your perspective. While that may be true, I think he was striving to make the content more easy to read by increasing the space from the standard APA format given the message board dynamic at play.
Overall, I found his post logical, organized, and agreeable, even if lacking compliance with APA spacing rules.

And now with the politization of pro sports, I’m completely out. And don’t miss it one bit.

Virtue signal much?
You probably don’t realize that 97 percent of the LSU football team disagrees with you politically, but you probably DVR all of Coach O’s appearances on Fox and Friends.

Just don’t shove it in my face during an entertainment event. Real simple.

who is watching NBA, MLB, NHL, Nascar Racing, Soccer?
did you know there are no fans in the stands and the TV ratings for these are in the crapper?

If it weren't for the English Premier league and the Champions League tournament, I might have lost my mind. All of the American professional sports have become too political and irritating.

I'll be honest, and I know it's not popular here, but I'm more excited about this NFL season than I have been in the past.
