I've never been more optimistic about all the major sports for the upcoming 2019-20 academic year. Football is going to be great, Will Wade will take us to the top and all those hot freshman pitchers will be unhittable next year.

A lot like the 2016 team expectations will be high. I really think Joe Burrow is the “IT” factor that this season will depend on. It’s been a long time since LSU had a leader with this type of talent around him. I think he will be a lot better being around this team for a full year.

This is the most complete football team (on paper) we've had in a long time. I'm just concerned that the offensive staff will be our downfall. In my lifetime, I've never heard of a position coach installing "his" offense for another OC to run. It just doesn't make any sense to me.

Basketball - Sweet 16 again
Baseball - likely lose again at home in the regionals or supers to a "hot" mid major conference team.
