There was a glory hole in a bathroom in Coates. The insinuation is that Pollack is gay and frequented the glory hole.

I attended LSU in the mid 80's and that was the rumor, even back then.

A few years before the 2003 LSU/UGA game, there was an article in the Reveille about complaints Of harassment in the Coates hall men's bathroom. They investigated and even had an undercover cop "seated" in a stall. Then in comes the gay man and indicates he wants to have sex with the officer. The guy gets arrested. I read this article ten minutes before a class, in dead silence with about 20 people waiting for the teacher to show. I could barely control myself with laughter and almost farted it was so funny. I thought it was a joke at first.
That was not the only incident. It was a popular hangout.
Fast forward a few years, and we are at game day outside the PMAC, someone shows up with the sign "Pollack hangs out in Coates bathroom".
